ABOUT THE ARTIST

Inukai is one of the best known hard-edge painters today. His work has a direct relationship to modern architectural settings, which account for the large number of major U.S. corporations, which own his work. His paintings are admirably translated into the graphic medium, and Inukai has been very successful in this form. He was born in Chicago but resided and worked in New York City. He studied at Chicago Art Institute, National Academy of Design, N.Y.C. Art Students League, N.Y.C
